Switching with One Touch Switch

Under Ofcom's One Touch Switch process, which launched for most customers on 12 September 2024, you usually only need to contact your new provider. It arranges the switch with your old one, including between different networks.

What the rules give you

You do not pay notice-period charges for your old service after the switch date.
Providers must compensate you if the switch goes wrong or you are left without service for more than one working day.
Early termination charges for leaving a minimum term early can still apply. Include them in your comparison.

What we do and don't do

We help you compare total costs. We do not switch you and we do not take orders. When you have chosen a deal, check availability and sign up with the provider.
