Checking availability at your address

Updated 2026-10-11

Broadband availability can change from one house to the next. We don't have address-level availability data, so we never say a deal is "available at your address".

What we do

• We use your postcode to find your area and show notices, such as the KCOM notice for Hull.
• We tidy the format of an address you type, but we do not verify it.
• Every published offer says: "Published offer. Check availability with the provider."

What to do next

Use the "Check availability with …" link for a provider. It goes to the provider's own website. We don't place orders and we don't switch you.
