Postcodes

We use OS Code-Point Open, an Open Government Licence dataset of all GB postcodes, split into small files by outward code and served with this site. Looking up a postcode only downloads the file for its outward code, such as HU1, from this site. No postcode service is called.

Offers

Offers appear only after a person has reviewed and approved them, and they are published as a numbered, versioned catalogue. If nothing is published, we tell you so and you can compare quotes you've been given. We never make up offers.

Privacy

No account and no email address needed.
Calculations run in your browser.
Saved comparisons stay in this browser and keep only the first half of your postcode (for example HU1), never your address.
Bills are read on your device and never uploaded.
